New call centre on level 1 of their Auckland city premises in Princess Street. FOCUS was main contractor and works involved extensive joinery, air conditioning, and electrical contracts, as well as many aspects of high quality feature partitioning and ceilings. The services on this fitout were all designed to work concurrently with the base building system as well as self standing for a 24hour operation.

Alterations to two separate floors to accommodate new fitouts for H.O.T TravelPlan operations. FOCUS main contractor and works included: extensive recabling for data and power.

Genesis Energy After completing the alterations for the ground floor, we were contracted to alter the Level 3 executive area and new HR area. Works included: new feature sliding glass doors plus general partition alterations and a new fire rated store.
HSBC (No. 1 Queen St) Alterations. On-going works as we have been on -site since January 2003 carrying out many small after-hours projects and a new fit out of Level 10. Works in this building are difficult because the bank prefers our workmen to be off-site during the day to enable normal business operation.

OSI Software

Complete refurbishment of the floor and new fitout accommodating the existing ceiling and some back of house partitioning. The end result was a well presented front of house area and good working environment.

This was new fitout working around a floor being refurbished by the property manager. FOCUS as the main contractor assisted the security of the client from its neighboring opposition on-site.
Department of Corrections

FOCUS carried out a two-stage refurbishment of an occupied floor by/for the Department of Corrections in Hobson Towers. We were the main contractor and works involved new flooring and ceilings.
Caldwell & Levesque
Value $200,000.
We have completed new offices for Caldwell and Levesque Electrical which involved a new mezzanine floor and stairway. The fitout included many new feature aspects such as the outward sloping curved two-story floating meeting room and board room, polished concrete and aluminium floors, timber battening to walls, and numerous metalwork and glass effects. To keep their costs down, the client looked after all services and decoration themselves, but FOCUS carried out the construction and plumbing of their new toilet block.
